Terms of Service for 4G Proxies USA

Last revised October 10, 2026. These are the terms for using 4G Proxies USA, kept short on purpose. Opening an account, paying for a day pass or any other plan, or sending traffic through a line we handed you means you accept them. If a clause is unclear, email [email protected] before you buy and a person will tell you what it means in practice.

What you are buying

Every plan at 4G Proxies USA is the same thing in a different length: one dedicated US carrier line, on 4G LTE or on 5G, in one of our cities, used by you and nobody else while the plan runs. The line is a real AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon SIM inside equipment we own, which may be a USB modem, a cellular router or an Android phone. You can buy it as a day pass, as a week, as a month, or by the hour. The carrier, the city and the network type come from what is in stock at the moment you order.

The line is reached over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 with a username and a password. You may change its address as often as you want, and you may keep an address for as long as the carrier lets the session stand. The addresses belong to the carrier, come from a pool shared with ordinary phone users, and can repeat. What you pay for is the hardware, the SIM and the fact that nobody else is on it. We do not promise any particular address, any particular throughput at a particular minute, or any particular reaction from a website you visit.

Who may hold an account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you sign up for a business, you are confirming that the business lets you. Your password, your API key and your proxy logins are yours to protect, and whatever happens through them is treated as your doing. Tell us at once if you think any of them leaked and we will replace them.

Pay first, then use

We are a prepaid service. You either pay for a plan at checkout or top up a balance and buy from it. A line is never switched on before the payment has cleared. If you turn on renewal for a week or month plan, the next term is charged before the current one ends so the line keeps running. Prices may change, but a change never touches time you have already paid for. The Refund Policy on its own page forms part of these terms.

If an amount goes unpaid

A debt can appear in a few ways: a renewal that did not go through, an invoice that was issued and not settled, or a balance that fell below zero. When that happens we send you a notice. For 24 hours after the notice nothing changes on your account; pay inside that window and the matter is closed.

If the money is still outstanding when those 24 hours end, every line on the account is suspended. We keep the lines reserved for a further 24 hours and switch them back on the moment the debt is cleared. Once 48 hours have passed since the notice with the amount still unpaid, the lines are released and go back on sale to other customers. Released lines are gone: they are not restored, and nothing is refunded for them or for any unused time on them.

Those timings are how we normally proceed, not a promise. Management can suspend or release the lines of an account that owes money at any point, including before the 48 hours are up, without sending a second notice.

Hourly purchases never renew

An hourly purchase covers up to four hours and stops when the time runs out. It never renews by itself and there is nothing to cancel. If you keep the line and buy the full day, the hours you already paid for count toward the day pass. Day, week and month plans renew only if you switch renewal on in the dashboard.

What a line may be used for

Lines are for lawful work that respects the rules of every service you reach through them. A proxy changes where your traffic enters the internet; it does not give you any right you did not already have. We close accounts for any of the following:

  • fraud of any kind, including phishing, scams and posing as someone else
  • unsolicited bulk email, text messages or in-app messages
  • attacks on hosts or networks, including flooding, scanning for weaknesses and spreading malware
  • credential stuffing or any other mass login attempt with credentials that are not yours
  • entering systems, accounts or data without permission
  • any sexual content involving minors, which we also report to the authorities
  • content that is illegal where you are or where we are, including material that infringes someone's rights
  • abusive bulk transfer of the kind described under fair use below

Unlimited data, with one condition

There is no gigabyte meter on a 4G Proxies USA line. We do not count your traffic and we do not sell allowances. The one condition is that the line is used as a proxy and not as a bulk transfer pipe. The SIM is a consumer SIM, and a carrier that sees a SIM behaving like a server for days on end will slow it down or cut it off, taking your line with it.

So we apply a fair use rule. Download pipes, streaming relays, torrent seeding, file mirrors and similar bulk transfer may be slowed, paused or suspended by us. We try to warn first, but if the carrier is about to act we act first. A slowdown or a pause under this rule is not downtime and earns no refund or credit. We do not publish a threshold, because the carriers do not publish theirs and any number we gave would be wrong somewhere.

Complaints about a line

We do not read the contents of your traffic and we do not keep them. If a carrier, a website, a network owner or an authority complains about a line, we take it seriously: we may look at the connection logs, ask you what happened, and pause the line or the account while we find out. A complaint that holds up can end the account for good. Legally valid requests from authorities are answered as the law requires.

Our property

The website, dashboard, API, documentation, name and logo of 4G Proxies USA belong to us. You may use them to run the lines you paid for and for nothing else. Do not copy them, resell access to them, or take them apart.

Limits on what we owe you

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we give no further warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or any ban, limit or penalty a third-party platform imposes on an account you run through a line. If we are liable for something, the most we owe is the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event that caused the claim.

You agree to cover us against claims that arise from your use of the service, from a breach of these terms, or from a breach of the law or of someone else's rights.

Ending the agreement

Close your account whenever you like, from the dashboard or by email. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for abuse, or when a legal or compliance duty requires it, and we cannot always give warning first.

Changes, governing law and how to reach us

When we change these terms we publish the new version here with a new date, and continued use after that date is acceptance. The terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the company behind 4G Proxies USA is organized. If you have a dispute, raise it with us first and give us a fair chance to fix it. Write to [email protected] or message @FourGProxiesUSABot on Telegram; a person reads both.

Questions

Does a day pass renew by itself?

Only if you switched renewal on. Hourly purchases never renew. A week or a month renews only when you asked it to in the dashboard.

How long do I have to settle an overdue amount before the line is gone?

You get a notice, then 24 hours with nothing changed, then 24 hours suspended. At 48 hours after the notice the lines are released and nothing is refunded for them.

Is there a hidden data allowance?

No. Data is unlimited for proxy use. Bulk transfer such as torrent seeding or a download pipe can be slowed or paused under the fair use rule, and that is the only limit.
