Refund Policy for 4G Proxies USA
Last revised October 10, 2026. A refund at 4G Proxies USA follows a small set of rules, and support applies them exactly as they appear here. A week or month plan is fully refundable in its first 24 hours. A day pass is fully refundable in its first hour. After those windows you get back the days you did not use. Refunds land on your account balance first and go to your own wallet if you ask. The sections below cover hourly purchases, downtime, renewals you did not mean to buy, the exceptions, and how to ask.
The opening window
Cancel a week or month plan inside 24 hours of it starting and we refund the whole price, no reason needed. Wrong city, wrong carrier, the job fell through, you changed your mind: all fine. A day pass runs for only 24 hours, so its window is shorter: cancel inside the first hour and the four dollars come back in full. After the first hour a day pass is treated as used, because one day cannot be split into unused days.
Later on, counted by the day
A week or month plan can be cancelled at any point and the days you have not used are refunded in proportion. Ten days left on a 30-day plan gets you a third of the price back; four days left on a week gets you a little over half. Days already run are charged in full, since the line was yours for them. Data volume plays no part in the sum.
Cancel from the dashboard or by email. The refund is worked out from the minute of cancellation, so cancel when the job ends rather than later in the week.
Hourly purchases
An hourly purchase is $2 for the first two hours on 4G or $3 on 5G, and it is consumed as it runs. It is refunded only if the line never came up at all. If the line worked for any part of the first hour, the purchase stands. If it fails later in the time you paid for, that is downtime and is handled below.
Balance first, wallet on request
A refund is credited to your balance at me.4gproxiesusa.com as soon as it is approved, and you can spend it on another plan right away. If you would rather have it back in your own wallet, say so when you ask and we send it within 24 hours, minus whatever the card network, PayPal, the bank or the blockchain charges for the transfer. We do not add a fee of our own.
Downtime that is our fault
If a line is down because of our equipment or our network, we credit the lost time, as a minimum, by adding it to the plan. We usually do this without being asked; if you notice it was missed, email support and it is applied. A slowdown or pause under the fair use rule in the Terms is not downtime, and neither is a carrier outage we did not cause, though we will do what we can in both cases.
A renewal you did not mean to buy
A renewal starts a new term, and a new term gets the same opening window as a new plan. Tell us within 24 hours of a week or month renewal and, if the line was not used, the full renewal is credited back. Told later, the unused days are refunded as usual. Day passes and hourly purchases never renew by themselves, so this cannot happen to them. Turning renewal off in the dashboard before the term ends avoids the question altogether.
What we do not refund
No refund is given for:
- days already used on a working line
- a day pass after its first hour
- hourly time once the line has come up
- lines released for non-payment under the Terms
- accounts closed for abuse or for a breach of the Terms
- a ban, limit or penalty a third-party website applies to your account, which is their decision and not a fault in the line
How to ask
Email [email protected] or message @FourGProxiesUSABot. Tell us the order or the line, and whether the money should stay on your balance or go to your wallet. You will hear back within 24 hours, and wallet payouts leave within 24 hours of approval.
Before you call your bank
Please write to us before opening a chargeback or a PayPal dispute; we settle almost everything faster than a dispute does. While a dispute is open the account is on hold. If you think we got a decision wrong, reply in the same thread and ask for a second person to look at it.
Questions
Can I get a free trial instead?
There is no free trial. The nearest thing is an hourly purchase at $2, or a $4 day pass with a full refund if you cancel in the first hour.
I bought a day pass and the carrier was wrong. Refund?
Yes, if you cancel within the first hour. After that the day is treated as used, but you can move the line to another city or carrier for free with the time that is left.
How fast does a wallet refund arrive?
We send it within 24 hours of approval. How long the network or the bank then takes is up to them; crypto is usually the quickest.
