Use case

Notion Onboarding and Public Page Checks on a US 4G Line

Notion is a workspace tool, but a lot of it faces outward: published pages, templates in the gallery, help docs, a pricing page in several currencies and an onboarding flow that changes by market and by device. Teams that publish with Notion, build templates, or localize their own product against it as a reference want to see the US version on a US phone. 4G Proxies USA gives you that for four dollars: a real US carrier SIM for twenty-four hours, your traffic only, unlimited data for normal use, free address changes.

What depends on the visitor

The language the marketing site opens in, the currency on the pricing page, which templates the gallery features, the app store the mobile buttons link to, and the order of onboarding questions after sign-up. Published Notion pages are the same content for everyone but load through an edge network that picks a location for the visitor, so how fast your public page appears on a US phone is something only a US phone can tell you.

Template builders have their own reason to look. A template listed in the gallery is shown with a preview, a description and a price in local currency, and its position among similar templates changes by market. Loading the gallery through the line shows where your template sits for a US visitor on a phone, how the preview renders at that width, and whether the duplicate button lands on the right page.

Checking your own published pages

Open each page you publish through the line on a phone-sized viewport. Watch the first paint, the fonts, the images and any embedded content such as forms, videos or maps. Embeds from third parties are the usual trouble: some decline to load for certain regions or inside a mobile browser. Check the share settings behave as intended for a signed-out visitor, including search engine indexing if you turned it on. Rotate the address from the dashboard and reload once to see a fresh edge cache rather than a warm one.

Pages that serve as a public site, with a custom domain in front of them, deserve the same pass. Load the domain through the line, confirm the redirect lands on the right page, check the title and preview card, and open a few internal links on a narrow screen. If you use a third-party service to put a custom domain in front of Notion, this is also where you see that service's own edge behavior for a US phone.

Sign-up, onboarding and pricing

Create a test workspace through the line and record the onboarding questions, the default template, the invitation flow and the first emails. Open the pricing page signed out and note US dollar prices and plan names. Open the mobile app listing the site links a US phone to and note the version and screenshots. These are the reference versions a localization team compares against, and a US carrier address is the cleanest way to see them.

Keep the test workspace small and clean. One address for the whole sign-up session, screenshots named by step, and a note of the city and carrier used. When the next release changes the onboarding, you repeat the same pass and compare the two sets.

Ordinary use, nothing more

Use your own accounts or test accounts created for QA. Do not use the line to collect trials, to scrape workspaces, or to work around a plan limit. Notion's terms apply as always. We provide a US phone network address for viewing and testing.

Cost and carriers

A 4G day pass is four dollars and usually runs at 20 to 45 Mbps depending on signal, which is plenty for pages and apps. 5G is five dollars for heavier work. The hourly plan is two dollars for two hours for a single page check, with hours counting toward the day if you continue. Lines sit in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Boston, Phoenix, Miami and North Carolina on AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon.

Setting up a Notion proxy on 4G Proxies USA

  1. Buy the day pass and choose a city and carrier.
  2. Set the proxy in a clean browser profile and confirm the public address.
  3. Load your published pages on a narrow viewport and note load behavior and embeds.
  4. Create a test workspace, capture onboarding and the pricing page, and open the app listing.
  5. Rotate, reload the published pages once more, and record the differences.

Notion proxy questions

Will my published page load faster or slower from the line?

It loads the way it does for a US phone in that city, which is the point. Compare with your home load and with a second city after a free move.

Does the line help with Notion's API?

You can call the API through it like any HTTP proxy, within Notion's API terms. Most people use the line for the visible product.

Can I keep the line for a month?

Yes, $60 on 4G or $65 on 5G. For occasional checks the day pass is the sensible buy.
